"When you’re subjected to tiny, cardboard tasting, go crumbly in 2 days, so-called loaves of bread from local supermarkets, Lucy’s is a godsend. Plus Lucy’s loaves are vegan which is a huge plus for me as I’m also vegan on top of being coeliacs GF (I know. . I do make life hard for myself…not my fault though. . long story) so I’m thankful for being able to get Lucy’s.
