Inferior Product
Please note that all of our products are handcrafted in small batches, by Lucy and her team, in a small purpose-built bakery in Hamilton.
Therefore, they are imperfect.
However, we do strive for the highest standard and appreciate any feedback if you feel that your Lucy's loaves are not up to standard and we will endeavour to refund or replace the item if you are dissatisfied.
Refund/Replacement
To request a refund or a replacement, you can contact us at orders@lucysglutenfree.co.nz. Please include proof of purchase and any photographs that will demonstrate the issue so that we can improve it in the future.
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Non-refundable
If you purchased a Lucy's loaf from one of our approved stockists / on-sellers, you will need to contact them directly to request a refund or replacement as we are unable to refund any purchases not made directly through the Lucy's online store.
