Shipping Charges (no rural delivery)

In order to keep shipping prices as low as possible, we offer set rates for the following areas:

• Waikato Delivery – $5 Overnight Courier
• Rest of North Island – $10 Overnight Courier
• South Island – $25 Overnight Courier

Order Cut-Off

• Order by 3pm Sunday and we'll ship your order overnight on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery.
• Order by 3pm Monday and we'll ship your order overnight on Wednesday for a Thursday delivery.

• Order by 3pm Tuesday and we'll ship your order overnight on Thursday for a Friday delivery.

Shipping Policy

We think our loaves are best enjoyed fresh, so they are always baked to order. Because we are a small team – and all of our loaves are lovingly handcrafted – we only offer delivery 3-Days. We hope to add more delivery days in the future, but Lucy is already baking 5-Days a week to keep up with demand and we don't want her to have to work weekends as well!

Good things take time and that is particularly true for Gluten Free bread (especially the Sourdough that needs to ferment for 18-hours). So in order to deliver you the highest quality products, we're starting off small.

Overnight Courier

We offer NZ-Wide Shipping using NZ Post Overnight Courier and their Perishables Program. We cannot guarantee next-day delivery but have found NZ Post to be the most reliable service at his time. We do not offer same-day delivery and cannot use any other courier services at this stage. 

All loaves are sealed in a home-compostable packaging and have a shelf-life of 5-Days minimum. We include the date they were baked on the packaging so you know exactly how fresh they are. So even if the courier is delayed, they should still be good when they arrive. 

Once opened, either store in an airtight container in a cool place (ideally the fridge) or freeze for toasting later.

Rural Addresses

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to rural addresses at this time. 

Local Pick-Up

We don't yet have a store front and cannot offer store pickup. However, we do have some amazing Stockists who you can buy from directly. Most of them receive fresh deliveries 5-Days a week (Tuesday-Saturday) and some offer pre-order only.
